An art programme is a long-term asset, not a decorating exercise
The most respected gaming properties in the world are also serious collectors. Art gives a venue a reason to be photographed, a subject for host conversation and, over time, an appreciating balance-sheet item rather than a depreciating fit-out cost.
We build art programmes in three tiers: signature commissions for arrival and primary circulation, curated originals for lounges and restaurants, and a limited-edition tier for corridors, guest rooms and back-of-house. Each tier has its own budget band and procurement route.

Nine categories of art and media
Every work is documented with artist, provenance, dimensions, medium, valuation and care instructions in a collection register handed to the operator.
Sculpture
Freestanding bronze, stone, timber and composite works with engineered plinths, seismic restraint and protective barriers where required.
Wall Installations
Site-specific multi-element compositions in metal, glass, ceramic or textile, produced to the wall's actual dimensions.
Digital Art
High-resolution generative and curated digital works on gallery-grade displays, with scheduled programming and anti-burn management.
Lighting Sculptures
Illuminated art objects that function simultaneously as feature lighting and as collected works, produced with certified electrical components.
Large Lobby Artwork
Signature-scale pieces engineered for double-height volumes, including rigging, structural verification and maintenance access planning.
VIP Collections
Discreet, higher-value works for private salons, selected in consultation with the operator's host team and rotated periodically.
Commissioned Works
Full commissioning management: brief, shortlist, concept fee, contract, studio progress reviews, delivery and installation.

Technical detail
Art that belongs to the building
The weakest art programmes are assembled at the end, from whatever fits the remaining wall. The strongest are planned at concept stage, when wall positions, ceiling heights, lighting circuits and structural backing can still be adjusted to suit the work.
We identify art positions in the concept package: dimension, orientation, viewing distance, adjacent finish and lighting provision. The commissioning brief then goes to artists with real constraints, which produces better work than an open invitation.
For operators without an in-house curator, we provide ongoing collection management — condition inspection, rotation planning, valuation updates and advice on acquisitions as the collection grows.
