Luxury casino hotel reception in dark stone and emerald marble

Industries

Eight venue categories, one specialist discipline

Every gaming environment has a different operating rhythm, regulatory framework and guest expectation. Our scope adapts; our documentation and quality standard does not.

Who we work with

Operators, developers, architects and asset owners

Around half our engagements come directly from operators, a third through appointed architects and the remainder from development managers assembling a delivery team.

01

Licensed Casinos

Metropolitan and regional gaming floors where throughput, surveillance sightlines and durability govern every specification decision.

02

Integrated Resorts

Multi-billion dollar precincts combining gaming, hotel, retail, conference and dining under a single interior language.

03

Casino Hotels

Guest room towers and public areas that must transition guests from arrival to gaming without a visual break.

04

VIP & Members Clubs

Discreet, invitation-only rooms where acoustic privacy, seating comfort and material richness matter more than seat count.

05

Entertainment Complexes

Venues blending gaming with live performance, sports lounges and late-night hospitality across shared circulation.

06

Luxury Lounges & Bars

High-margin beverage environments requiring bespoke joinery, layered lighting and stain-resistant premium textiles.

07

Gaming Resorts

Destination properties in coastal and island jurisdictions where climate, salt exposure and freight planning shape material choice.

08

Private Gaming Facilities

Junket rooms, salons privés and residence-scale gaming suites delivered under strict confidentiality agreements.

Regulatory context

Compliance is part of the specification, not an afterthought

Gaming venues sit under building codes, gaming regulator conditions, surveillance requirements, liquor licensing and, in many jurisdictions, heritage controls. A finish that passes in a hotel corridor may not pass in a gaming room with different occupancy loading.

We maintain a compliance matrix per project, mapping every supplied item against the requirements that apply to it. Certificates are collected during production rather than chased at handover, which is why our close-out documentation is complete on the day the venue opens.

  • National Construction Code material group classifications for public areas
  • AS/ISO 9239.1 and AS 1530 series testing for floor and textile finishes
  • Accessibility clearances under AS 1428 for circulation and counters
  • Surveillance and regulator conditions confirmed with the venue before freeze
