Overview
Gaming floors operate at low ambient levels, which makes every luminaire decision consequential. Too little contrast and the room feels flat and cheap; too much and guests experience glare, surveillance cameras lose detail and staff report eye fatigue across a shift.
We design in layers — ambient, task, accent, decorative and emergency — and we model each layer before specification. Every scheme is delivered with a luminance study showing lux levels at table felt, aisle floor, cashier counter and circulation, so performance is verifiable rather than assumed.

Technical detail
An excellent specification installed without focus and scene work will underperform a modest one that has been properly commissioned. We attend site at night, aim every adjustable fitting by hand, and programme scenes with the operations manager present so the settings reflect how the venue actually trades.
The commissioning record is issued as a document: scene names, channel levels, fade times, transition triggers and the reasoning behind each. If a control panel is later replaced, the venue can restore the design intent exactly rather than guessing.
We return sixty days after opening for a review visit, because most operators discover their real preferences only once the venue is running at full capacity.
