Our studio occupies a full floor above Circular Quay, with a permanent material library and a mock-up room where operators can test seating, lighting levels and finishes before approval.

Initial call
A thirty-minute conversation to establish venue type, zones in scope and target dates.

Studio or site visit
We walk the venue, or you visit our Sydney material library to review physical samples.

Scope and budget outline
A written scope matrix with indicative landed-cost bands per zone, issued within ten business days.

Engagement
Fixed design fee and procurement terms agreed, and a project director assigned for the duration.

Material library sessions run Monday to Friday and by appointment on Saturdays. Bring your drawings and leave with a physical sample board.
