Supplier Policy
The minimum ethical, quality, safety and documentation standards expected from North-Birch suppliers.
Last updated 17 August 2026
01 Quality and compliance
Suppliers must manufacture to approved drawings, samples and tolerances, maintain traceable quality records and provide current fire, electrical, structural and material certification where applicable.
02 People and ethics
Forced labour, child labour, unsafe conditions, discrimination, bribery and undisclosed conflicts are prohibited. Suppliers must comply with applicable employment, modern-slavery and anti-corruption laws.
03 Environment
Suppliers should minimise waste, disclose material origins, use legally sourced timber and support repair, replacement-part and take-back programmes where practical.
04 Audit and reporting
North-Birch may request evidence, inspect production or commission an independent audit. Material breaches must be reported promptly and may result in suspension or termination.
